Who we are

What we collect
When you request access to the demo walkthrough, we collect your full name, business email address, and phone number. We also set a session cookie named agent-leap-demo-access to grant access to the protected demo page. This cookie contains no personal data and expires at the end of your browser session.
Why we collect it
Your details are collected for two purposes: to grant you access to the demo walkthrough, and to follow up with you about Agent Leap services if you have expressed interest. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the above.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given at the point of form submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@aiagentleap.com, after which your data will be deleted within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We retain your contact details for up to two years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. If you book a discovery call and enter into a commercial relationship with Agent Leap, separate retention terms apply.
Who we share it with
Your data is stored in our CRM system (GoHighLevel, operated by HighLevel Inc., USA) under standard contractual data processing terms. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own purposes.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies on aiagentleap.com to provide essential site functionality, measure site performance, and — only with your consent — measure advertising effectiveness. Categories we use: Necessary (required for the site to function, always active); Analytics (anonymous, aggregated usage data; no personal identifiers stored); Marketing (only loaded after you opt in via the cookie banner; used to measure advertising effectiveness). You can change your consent at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the site footer.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for cookieless, anonymous performance measurement. With your consent, we may also load Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns. None of these tools share personally identifiable information with us through analytics.
How we share your data
We share personal data with third-party service providers (hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, marketing platforms, communication services) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where this occurs, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law (including GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@aiagentleap.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If we make material changes to how we handle personal data, we will update this page with a revised date. We recommend checking it periodically.
